1. Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which FertilityFlow ("we," "our," or "us") provides refunds for subscription purchases.

2. General Refund Policy

2.1 Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with FertilityFlow, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

2.2 Eligibility

The 7-day guarantee applies to:
  • First-time subscribers
  • New subscription purchases (not renewals)
  • All subscription tiers (Premium, Founding, Couple)
  • Both monthly and annual plans

2.3 Exclusions

The money-back guarantee does NOT apply to:
  • Subscription renewals
  • Accounts with a history of refund abuse
  • Purchases made more than 7 days ago
  • Add-on purchases or upgrades after the initial 7 days

3. Subscription Types and Refund Terms

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

  • Within 7 days of first purchase: Full refund available
  • After 7 days: No refund for current month; cancel anytime to prevent future charges
  • Renewals: No refunds on auto-renewed monthly subscriptions

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

  • Within 7 days of first purchase: Full refund available
  • After 7 days, within first 30 days: Prorated refund for unused months (minus one month)
  • After 30 days: No refund; cancel to prevent next year's charge

Prorated Refund Calculation:


Refund = (Total Paid / 12) × (Remaining Months - 1)

Example: If you cancel an annual £100 subscription after 2 months:
  • Remaining months: 10
  • Refund: (£100 / 12) × (10 - 1) = £75

3.3 Founding Member Tier

  • Same refund policy as other tiers
  • Special pricing honored if you re-subscribe within 30 days of cancellation
  • After 30 days, special pricing may no longer be available

3.4 Couple Plans

  • Refunds processed to the account holder who made the payment
  • Both accounts will lose access upon refund
  • Partner accounts are not charged separately and do not receive separate refunds

4. How to Request a Refund

4.1 Refund Request Process

1. Email us: Send a refund request to support@natprofam.pl 2. Include: - Your account email address - Reason for refund (optional but appreciated) - Confirmation that you want to cancel 3. Response time: We will respond within 2 business days 4. Processing time: Refunds processed within 5-10 business days

4.2 Alternative: Self-Service (within 7 days)

For purchases within 7 days: 1. Log into your account 2. Go to Settings → Subscription 3. Click "Request Refund" 4. Confirm cancellation 5. Refund will be processed automatically

5. Refund Processing

5.1 Payment Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: Up to 10 business days (depending on your bank)

5.2 Currency

Refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase. Exchange rate fluctuations are not our responsibility.

5.3 Processing Fees

We absorb payment processing fees. You will receive the full amount you paid.

6. Cancellation Without Refund

If you are not eligible for a refund but want to cancel:

6.1 Immediate Cancellation

  • Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel
  • You will retain access until the end of your billing period
  • No future charges will be made
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation

6.2 Data Export

Before cancellation, we recommend exporting your data: 1. Go to Settings → Data Export 2. Download your cycle data (JSON/CSV format) 3. Save locally

After 30 days of account closure, data is permanently deleted.

7. Special Circumstances

7.1 Technical Issues

If you experienced significant technical issues that prevented use of the Service:
  • Contact support@natprofam.pl
  • Describe the issue
  • We will investigate and may offer:
- Extended subscription time - Partial refund - Full refund (at our discretion)

7.2 Duplicate Charges

If you were accidentally charged twice:
  • Contact us immediately
  • Provide transaction details
  • We will refund the duplicate charge immediately (within 24-48 hours)

7.3 Unauthorized Charges

If someone made an unauthorized purchase on your account:
  • Contact us immediately at support@natprofam.pl
  • Change your password
  • We will investigate and refund if unauthorized
  • You may also need to dispute with your bank

7.4 Medical or Personal Emergencies

If you need to cancel due to medical/personal emergencies:
  • Contact support@natprofam.pl
  • Explain your situation (details not required)
  • We will work with you on a case-by-case basis
  • We may offer extended refund eligibility

8. Refund Abuse Policy

8.1 Fair Use

Our refund policy is based on trust. We reserve the right to deny refunds if we detect abuse, including:
  • Multiple refund requests over time
  • Creating new accounts to repeatedly claim the 7-day guarantee
  • Exporting data and immediately requesting refunds
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting us first

8.2 Consequences

Accounts flagged for refund abuse may:
  • Be denied future refunds
  • Be permanently banned from the Service
  • Be reported to payment processors

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

9.1 Contact Us First

Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, please contact us at support@natprofam.pl. We will resolve most issues quickly and amicably.

9.2 Chargeback Consequences

If you file a chargeback:
  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • We will contest invalid chargebacks
  • Your payment information may be blacklisted
  • You may be permanently banned from creating new accounts

9.3 Valid Disputes

Valid reasons for chargebacks (which we will not contest):
  • Unauthorized transactions
  • Duplicate charges not resolved by us
  • Service not delivered as described

10. EU Consumer Rights (GDPR)

10.1 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under EU law, consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. By using the Service immediately, you agree to waive this right for the portion of the service you have used.

10.2 EU Consumer Protection

EU consumers retain all rights under applicable consumer protection laws, which may supersede this policy.

11. Changes to Refund Policy

11.1 Notification

We will notify you of material changes to this policy via:
  • Email to registered address
  • In-app notification

11.2 Existing Subscriptions

Changes to this policy do not affect existing subscriptions. Your subscription is governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.

12. Exceptions and Discretion

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. All decisions are at the discretion of NatProFamSpace management.
