FertilityFlow is a fertility tracking and family planning application that helps individuals and couples track fertility windows, understand their cycles, and plan their families. The Service includes:

• Cycle and symptom tracking
• Fertility window predictions
• AI-powered health insights
• Educational resources
• Partner collaboration features
• Natural Family Planning (NFP) support

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using FertilityFlow, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use certain features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

4.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

6. Medical Disclaimer

6.1 Not Medical Advice

FertilityFlow is NOT a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Service provides educational information and tracking tools only.

6.2 Consult Healthcare Providers

Always seek the advice of qualified healthcare providers for:

• Contraception or pregnancy planning decisions
• Health concerns or symptoms
• Any questions regarding a medical condition

6.3 Fertility Predictions

Fertility predictions are estimates based on data patterns and should not be relied upon as the sole method of:

• Preventing pregnancy
• Achieving pregnancy
• Diagnosing health conditions

6.4 Emergency Situations

FertilityFlow is not designed for emergency situations. If you have a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately.

7. Subscription and Payment

7.1 Subscription Tiers

FertilityFlow offers various subscription tiers with different features and pricing.

7.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payment is processed through Stripe (stripe.com), our authorized payment processor
• Prices are in PLN unless otherwise stated
• You authorize us to charge your payment method

7.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

7.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7.5 Refunds

We offer the following refund terms:

• 7-day money-back guarantee — All new subscriptions (first-time purchases only) are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of initial purchase, no questions asked.
• Annual plans (days 8–30) — A prorated refund is available for unused months (minus one month already used).
• After 30 days — No refunds; you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Renewals — Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds.
• Special circumstances — Technical failures, duplicate charges, or medical emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@natprofam.pl.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NATPROFAMSPACE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
