You've been logging for months. Has anyone read it back to you?
FertilityFlow now reads your completed cycles the way an NFP teacher would: what your temperature did, where your mucus peaked, how steady your cycles were. In plain language, about your own body.
See what your chart saysA chart is easy to fill in and hard to read.
Most apps take your numbers and hand back a prediction. You get a date and no idea where it came from.
NFP teachers do the opposite. After a few cycles they sit down with your chart and point at what is actually there: "your temperature rose two days after your peak mucus, both times." That habit is what teaches you your own body. Until now you needed a teacher for it.
What you get
Your cycle fingerprint
The ranges that belong to you: cycle length, the day your temperature first rose, the days from that rise to your next period, and how far your peak mucus sat from the rise. Patterns need at least two completed cycles. When it is too early, we say so.
A read in plain words
A short write-up of your last cycles, using the vocabulary of the Billings method and basal body temperature charting and explaining it as it goes. It is written by AI, not by a person looking at your chart.
Straight about gaps
Disrupted temperature readings are left out and counted. If a cycle showed no temperature shift in the data you logged, that is all it says. Nothing more dramatic.
How it works
- 1Log temperature and mucus as you already do.
- 2Finish a cycle.
- 3Open Reports.
What a read looks like
An example, written from made-up data.
Your last three cycles were 28 to 29 days long. In each one your temperature rose one or two days after your peak-type mucus and stayed up until your next period, 13 to 14 days later. Cycle two had two disrupted readings, which were left out. Some women find it useful to note sensation as well as amount, since the method leans on it. This is educational information about your own past charts, not medical advice.
What this is not
It does not tell you whether today is fertile or safe. It does not diagnose anything, and it is not contraception. It looks backwards at charts you have already made, so you can learn from them. If something in your chart worries you, talk to a doctor or a qualified NFP teacher.
