By using FertilityFlow ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FertilityFlow is a fertility tracking and family planning application that helps individuals and couples track fertile windows, understand their cycles, and plan their families. The Service includes:

• Cycle and symptom tracking
• Fertile window predictions
• AI-powered health analysis
• Educational resources
• Partner collaboration features
• Natural Family Planning (NFP) support

3. Age Requirements

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By using FertilityFlow, you confirm you are of legal age to enter a binding agreement.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Creating an Account

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Keep your password secure
• Accept responsibility for all activity on your account
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access

4.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

5. User Data & Privacy

5.1 Health Data

You understand that FertilityFlow collects sensitive health data, including:

• Menstrual cycle information
• Symptoms and health observations
• Intimate life data
• Personal health notes

5.2 Data Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. We are not liable for errors or their consequences arising from incorrect data.

5.3 Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Medical Disclaimer

6.1 Not Medical Advice

FertilityFlow is NOT a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The Service provides educational information and tracking tools only.

6.2 Consult a Doctor

Always seek qualified medical advice for:

• Medical diagnosis or treatment
• Contraception or pregnancy planning decisions
• Health conditions or symptoms
• Any health-related questions

6.3 Fertility Predictions

Fertility predictions are estimates based on data patterns and should not be relied upon as the sole method for:

• Preventing pregnancy
• Planning pregnancy
• Diagnosing medical conditions

6.4 Emergencies

FertilityFlow is not intended for emergencies. In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

7. Subscription & Payments

7.1 Subscription Plans

FertilityFlow offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing.

7.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance monthly or annually
• Payments are processed by Stripe (stripe.com) — an authorised payment processor
• Prices are in GBP unless otherwise stated
• You authorise us to charge your payment method

7.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

7.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7.5 Refunds

We offer the following refund terms:

• 7-day money-back guarantee — All new subscriptions (first-time purchases only) are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked.
• Annual plans (days 8–30) — Pro-rata refund available for unused months (minus one already-used month).
• After 30 days — No refunds; you may cancel at any time to avoid future charges. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Renewals — Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds.
• Special circumstances — Technical failures, double charges or medical emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@natprofam.pl.

To request a refund, email support@natprofam.pl with your account email and reason. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. See our Refund Policy for details.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NATPROFAMSPACE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.
